Ingredients
1/2 Green bell pepper, sliced into 4 pieces1 large egg100% whole wheat bread (2 Slices)S&P to taste
Directions
Softened the green bell pepper over low heat in the olive oil. In same pan fry the egg. Put egg and pepper on bread. Add salt and pepper if you wish.
