Bourbon Glazed Scallops

Ingredients
* Brown Sugar, 6 tsp unpacked * bourbon, .25 serving (3 Tablespoons)* *Soy Sauce, 2 tbsp * Ginger, ground, 1 tbsp * Lime Juice, 1 fl oz * Garlic, 3 cloves, minced* Pepper, black, 1 dash * Scallops 16oz * Fresh Chives, 1 tsp chopped* Chopped Chives (optional)
Directions
1. Combine first 8 ingredients in a large zip lock bag & seal and marinate for 1 1/2 hours in the frig.

2. Heat a large skillet. coat it with cooking spray.

3. Add scallops and marinate to skillet and stir frequently until desired degree of doneness.

4. Places on plates and drizzle with sauce & sprinkle with chives.

Makes 4- 4 oz. servings.
