Gluten Free Biscuits

Ingredients
1/3c Shortening 1/2c Potato Starch1/2c Soy Flour1/4c Tapioca Flour1.75tsp Xanthan Gum1tbsp Baking Powder.25tsp Baking Soda1tbsp Sugar3/4c Milk (i use rice milk).5tsp Salt
Directions
Preheat oven to 375.

In Medium bowl blend all ingredients, makes sure to remove all lumps.
Dough will be quite soft and sticky.

Divide dough into 9 parts and shape each piece to biscuit shape. About 1/2inch think. Lay on lightly greased baking sheet.

Bake 15 minutes, until lightly browned.

Makes 9 good sized biscuits.
