Heat:1 tsp olive oilSautee:onion, garlic, celery and green pepper until onlion limpRemove from pan and set asideHeat 1 tsp olive oilMix paprika and cayenne pepper and coat over chicken breastsCook chicken (around 10-15 minutes)Mix:can of tomatoes, rosemary, marjoram, and bay leafAdd this tomatoe mixture plus half of vegetable mixture to chickenCover and simmer about 20 minutesJust before serving add chicken cube (1/4 of cube) and rest of vegetablesMay serve over rice
