Quick Chicken Tortilla Soup

1 - 15 oz. can whole kernel corn or 2 cups frozen corn2 - 14.5 oz. cans chicken broth1 - 15 oz. can black beans, drained and rinsed1 - 14 oz. can diced tomatoes, drained1 - 4 oz. can diced green chilies1 teaspoon cuminsalt to taste1 lb boneless chicken breast, lean ground chicken or 1 - 10 oz. can chunk chickenGarnishes: Tortilla chips, shredded cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese, jalepenos
Pour corn, broth, beans, tomatoes and chiles into large sauce pan. Add cumin, salt and chicken. Simmer over medium heat until chicken is heated through.
Serve in bowls topped with tortilla chips and shredded cheese.
*Note, for added spice cook chicken in taco seasoning, or add a couple of teaspoons of taco seasoning or chili powder to the soup.
