Low-fat Israeli cheese cake

Ingredients
500 g 3% Tuv Ta'am white cheese100 ml 15% shamenet1 egg + 1 egg white2/3 cup sugar1 t vanilla
Directions
Mix all ingredients together. Batter will be thick.

Put in an 8x8 square baking pan and bake in a medium oven for about half an hour or until a toothpick comes out clean.

Makes 8 servings.

    I really enjoyed this cake, what a great idea to use Tuv Ta'am cheese, I've only ever used it before for blintzes. I used 9% shamenet, but added a spoon of potato flour to give it some body. I'm going to try this next time with Splenda. Thanks! - 7/15/08
