Roni's Chicken Noodle Soup (1 cup)

2 Skinless boneless chicken breasts1 Cup cut up carrots (bite size)1/2 cup of sliced celery1/2 cup chopped yellow onions1 small can sweet peas (5 oz) drained1 Pkg Swanson low sodium Chicken Broth (32 oz)2 Cups Water1 Pkg No Yokes Egg White Pasta (Dumplings) 8 oz
Chop carrots, onions and celery and put into a 6 quart pot. ( I cut everything else before the chicken). Pour in the Chicken broth and water. Cut chicken into bite size pieces and lightly brown in skillet. Add chicken and pasta to pot and bring to a boil. Simmer 20 minutes, add peas and cook an additional 10 minutes.
