Pumpkin Pie

Ingredients
4 Eggs2 C. Canned pumpkin2C. Lite Cool Whip2 Tbsp ground allspice2 Tbsp pumpkin pie spice2 tsp cinnamon18 pkts Truvia (or Splena) sweetener (can be adjusted to your prefered level of sweetness)1Box instant vanilla pudding mix unprepared6 slices whole wheat light bread
Directions
Mix everything but the bread in a medium sized mixing bowl until well blended. Spray 9X13 cake pan with light non-stick spray Sprinkle with a blend of Truvia and cinnamon (optional) roll bread pieces very flat and press into bottom of pan to form crust. lightly spray top of bread with non-stick spray. Pour liquid on top of bread and bake at 350 for about 45-50 minutes or untill center sets. serves 24 slices. GREAT with light whipped cream as a topping!
