Ingredients
* Carrots, raw, 4 large (7-1/4" to 8-1/2" long) (remove) * Broccoli, fresh, 1 bunch (remove) * *Bok Choy, raw-shreaded, 10 cup (remove) * Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) (remove) * Green Peppers (bell peppers), 1 cup, chopped (remove) * Garlic, 10 cloves (remove) * Waterchestnuts (water chestnuts), 1 cup slices (remove) * Bamboo shoots, cooked, 1 cup (1/2" slices) (remove) * Ginger, ground, 1 tbsp (remove) * Pepper, red or cayenne, 1 tbsp (remove) * Tofu, extra firm, 1 block (remove) * Sesame Oil, .5 tbsp (remove) * *Kikkoman Lite Soy Sauce, 1 tbsp (remove)
Directions
Makes 8 large servings.

Prep vegetables. Spray wok with nonstick spray. Add sesame oil. Cook firm vegetables first. Add broccoli florets and bok choy. Add tofu and spices. Cook until just tender crisp.
