1/2 C Parmesan Cheese, grated, 3/4 C Parsley, 1 Egg1 clove Garlic1lb gr. Turkey
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. MIx meat, cheese, parsley, egg and garlic. Shape into 12 meatballs. Place in foil lined 15x10x1 inch baking pan. Bake 25 minutes or until cooked through. Serves 6, serving size 2 meatballs.
