Ingredients
Milk, nonfat, .75 cup Strawberries, fresh, 5 medium (1-1/4" dia) Banana, fresh, 1 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) ice cubes, 8 splenda packets to taste (I add 4)
Directions
Put all of the ingredients into a blender set to smoothie, and blend. Makes 2 --12oz glasses. Absolutely yummy!
