Traditional Pumpkin muffins

Ingredients
All purpose Flour - 1 cupWhole Wheat Flour - 1 cupBrown Sugar, 0.5 cup, unpacked Baking Powder, 3 tsp Cinnamon, ground, 2 tsp Nutmeg, ground, 0.5 tsp Egg whites,-2 Dairyland skim milk - 1/2 cupPumpkin puree - CANNED- 1 cupCanola Oil, 0.25 cup Vanilla Extract, 1 tspChipits Butterscotch Chips, 8 tbsp
Directions
Preheat oven to 400F /200C
Grease muffin tin, or line with paper cups and spray

1.Combine wet ingredients and whisk together in a measuring jug.
2. combine dry ingredients in large bowl, and make a well in the center....
3. Pour wet ingredients into well and mix with fork, until combined.
4 scoop into muffin tins , divide mixture between 12 muffin cups and bake in preheated oven for 15- 20 minutes

These are great just on their own , or turn them into a dessert by serving them slightly heated with warm home made custard as a dessert on a cold winter night.
