Beef Stew via Crock Pot

Ingredients
3 carrots diced3 potatoes diced1 parsnip diced1 turnip diced1.8 pounds of top round cut into small chunks1 cup beef broth1tbl Worcestershire (more if you like)1 glove garlic ( I do 3)Dash of oregano 1 bay leaf1 tbls salt1 tsp pepper1 tsp paprika1 onion chopped3 celery stocked chopped up 1/4 c red wine
Directions
Place everything into the crock pot. Stir to mix in the spices. Cover and set on low 10 to 12 hours...my pot runs at about 7.

I also tend to go heavier on the seasoning.
