Lox Spread

Ingredients
1/4 c lox or 2 oz6 tbls whipped cream cheese4 tbls non fat plain yogurt1 tsp dill weed2 tbls green onionblack pepper to taste
Directions
Just add all ingredients, cream cheese and yogurt first, to a Magic Bullet. Blend to desired consistancy, usually a couple of seconds.

Serves 6

Serve with favorite low fat cracker. I prefer Trader Joe's version of Triscuits.
