Oriental Veggie Stir Fry

Ingredients
* Broccoli, fresh, 2 cup, chopped * Carrots, raw, 2 cup, grated * Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped * Celery, raw, 1 cup, diced * Hoisen sauce, 1 tbsp * Soy Sauce, 3 tbsp * Garlic, 1 tsp * Vegetable Broth, 1 cup * Bean sprouts, 1 cup
Directions
Add veggies, broth and garlic to skillet and cover. Once veggies are soft and cooked add soy and hoisen. Stir thru and cover.

Just cook to desired firmness of veggies. I like to take the cover off towards the end and let the liquid cook off a bit and just stir and serve.
