Blue Cheese Vinaigrette

Ingredients
1 cup Safflower Oil1/2 cup (4 ounces) Treasure Cave Reduced Fat Blue Cheese Crumbles1/2 cup Cider Vinegar1 tsp Garlic SaltGround Black Pepper, to taste
Directions
Combine oil and blue cheese in small bowl. Using a fork, mash about 3/4 of the cheese into the oil. Sir in the vinegar, garlic salt and black pepper.

The dressing can be stored for about 2 weeks in the fridge in a nonreactive container,
