Ingredients
1 cup lettuce1/2 cup red onion slice1/2 cup of frozen peas1oz of deli ham from oscar meyers, smoked or honey. sliced thin shredded.miracle whip reg,or light 4 tbsps or 1/2 cup1 tomatoe diced1oz krafts crumble cheese.
Directions
take and chop lettuce place in a bowl
then slice onion and place on top of lettuce
place frozen peas over the onion
then shredded ham and put over peas
then top with the miracle whip or mayo
before serving top with tomatoes, and the cheese

    This was really good. I used deli chicken breast meat, and chicken bacon instead of the ham and bacon. I also added Adzuki beans and Mung beans for fibre. It was so good, my daughters had seconds at dinner and wanted it in their lunch the next day.
