2 wheat tortillas1 avocadoRomaine lettuce1 small tomato sliced2 Slices Swiss, Colby, or American cheese. I prefer Colby1/2 tsp Dijon mustard1/2 tsp light mayonnaise Pepper, and garlic powder and dried parsley to tasteButter
This serves 1 wrap per person. Start by pitting and peeling avocado. Slice it up. Slice tomato add to sliced avocado. Sprinkle pepper, garlic powder, and dried parsley to taste. Mix well to coat. Now prepare skillet and add small amount butter to skillet. Take tortilla and add Dijon mustard and light mayonaise. Spread evenly. Take 1 slice of cheese tear in half and place on mustard/mayo mixture in center of tortilla top to bottom. Place tortilla dry side down onto heated skillet. Cook til lightly brown or as desired. Approximately 1 minute. Remove from skillet and add romaine lettuce, and avocado mixture. Wrap will be full unless you use large tortillas, but for lunch I prefer the taco size. Serve as is and allow the eater to wrap up. Yummy!
