Ingredients
half cup apple juice (or juice of your choice)half cup soy milkbag of spinach leaves1 T cashew nutsbanana2 cups frozen blueberries1 T cocoa
Directions
puree spinach leaves in juice and milk. add cashews, banana, blueberries, and cocoa. I like to add 2 cups of crushed ice. blend well. Makes 4 servings.
