Apple & Cheddar Stuffed Chicken with white wine sauce

2 six ounce boneless chicken breast1 cup chopped apple2 tsp brown sugar1/2 cup 2% reduced fat cheddar cheese1 tsp olive oil 3 cloves of garlic1/2 tablespoon cornstarch1 cup white wine1 cup chicken broth
1. Mix chopped apple, brown sugar, and cheddar cheese. Set aside.
2. Pound chicken breasts until thin and flat. Fill with apple and cheddar mixture. Roll up.
3. Coat pan with 1 tsp of olive oil. Cook chicken over medium heat until each side until brown, about 5 mins per side.
4. Remove chicken from pan. Saute garlic in pan until just soft. Add white wine and simmer for 3 mins. Add chicken broth. Simmer for 3 more minutes.
5. Mix cornstarch with 1 tbsp water. Add to pan and wisk to combine.
6. Add chicken to pan and simmer slowly until chicken is cooked.
