Thomas' Hearty Grains Whole Wheat English Muffin, 1 servingEgg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters), 0.25 cupThin sliced ham, 1 sliceCheese, Kraft Fat Free American Singles, 1 serving
1. Slice the English muffin in half and put it in the toaster.
2. In a small cup (I use a small Gladware container), microwave the Egg Beaters for about 30 sec. Stir and microwave an additional 5-15 sec. until cooked through. Keep a close eye on it, as it can easily overflow.
3. Layer the egg, cheese, and ham in between the halves of the English muffin. Allow cheese to melt for a moment before eating.
