Macronic Salad with peas and carrots

Ingredients
Directions
1 lb elbows2 cans of peas and carrots (no salt added)2 cans tuna - chunk white albacoreLight Mayonnaise (to taste)Mrs. Dash, without saltParsley
Cook elbows according to directions. Rinse with cool water and let drain.
Drain the 2 cans of tuna
Drain the 2 cans of peas & carrots,
if you cannot get without salt, rinse with water or you can use frozen, just make sure you defrost first!
Take 1/2 the elbos, tuna, and vegetables and put in bow
Mix in lgiht mayonaise to cover, adding some Mrs. Dash and parsley
Repeat with rest of ingredients
Put in refrigerator and let it get cold
Serve and eat, yummm!!
