2 cups romaine lettuce, 1/2 inch dice1/4 cup red cabbage, 1/4 inch dice1 tbsp carrot matchsticks1 tbsp green onions, diced2 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled1 tbsp Almond Accents Original Oven Roasted sliced almonds2 tbsp Hidden Valley Ranch dressing
1. Prepare and combine romaine, red cabbage, carrot matchsticks, and green onions in large salad spinner bowl.
2. Rinse and spin.
3. Microwave bacon in paper towels until crisp, then crumble.
4. Top salad with bacon bits, slivered almonds, and Ranch dressing and serve.
