Tru's Smashed Cauliflower

Ingredients
5 Cups Frozen Cauliflower (or fresh)1Tbsp minced garlic1/4 cup shredded parmesan or italian cheese blendSalt and pepper
Directions
Steam cauliflower in microwave with a little bit of water for 10-12 minutes or until really soft.

Carefully take out of microwave, drain and take a potato masher or fork and mash throughly.

Preheat oven for 350 degrees.

Once mashed mix in the cheese. Then bake in oven for 25-30 minutes.
