Mini Apple Pie II

Ingredients
6 wonton wrappers2 Granny Smith apples, peeled, quartered and sliced1 tsp. cinnamon4 packets Truvia (stevia)2 Tbsp. white whole wheat flour
Directions
Preheat oven to 375.
Peel, quarter and slice apples. Put in small, microwavable bowl.
Add cinnamon, flour and stevia to apples. Mix well. Microwave for 2 minutes, stirring halfway through.
Meanwhile, spray muffin pan with Pam and press one wonton wrapper into each of 6 muffin "cups".
Distribute apple mixture among the six wrappers.
Bake about 10 minutes, until apples start to sizzle.
Remove from oven; cool.
Makes 6 mini pies.
