Shrimp Saute' Salad

Ingredients
1 Tbs. Sesame Oil1 lb. Lg. Black Tiger Shrimp5 cups chopped Romaine Hearts2 cups of Baby Greens or Spring Mix3 scallions (green onions) tops and white root trimmed2 med. - lg. Roma Tomatoes split in half and sliced1 cup of sliced Armenian cucumbers
Directions
Clean and Peel Shrimps, remove tails.
In medium to large skillet heat Tbs. of Sesame Oil
Add Shrimp in a single layer so that they brown slightly. Sprinkle with Lemon Pepper, Granulated Garlic and Rosemary Garlic Spice (one side only)
Turn Shrimp and add a 1/4 cup of water; continue to heat until shrimp become pick in color. Turn off the heat and allow to sit (at this time you can lightly sprinkle the shrimp with cayenne pepper if you like spicy)
While Shrimp are cooking mix all salad ingredients together add shrimp to salad mix and toss with any shrimp broth left in skillet. Spray with Asian Sesame dressing (10 sprays is 10 calories).
