cauliflower mash

Ingredients
1 head cauliflower, steamed until tender1 tsp minced garlic3 tbsp shredded parm1/4 cup half and half4 tbsp buttersalt and pepper to taste
Directions
steam cauliflower with garlic in small amount of water until tender (about 10+ minutes).
drain and add parm, cream and butter and mash up.
add salt and pepper to taste.
