Ingredients
Broccoli, cooked, 1.5 cup, choppedmushrooms, canned, .5 cup cheddar cheese, .33 cup, shredded6 eggsskim milk, .5 cupsalt and pepper to taste
Directions
spray small baking pan with PAM
spread broccoli and mushrooms around the bottom of the plate
sprinkle cheese over vegetables
pour egg/milk mixture over veggies and cheese
sprinkle a little more cheese on top
bake at 350 until cooked
