Vegetarian Taco Salad

Ingredients
Chopped Red PepperChopped Yellow PepperChopped TomatoChopped Green OnionShredded CheeseNacho Chips - I use Guiltless Gourmet Tortilla ChipsCatalina Dressing
Directions
Basically chop it all up, mix it in a bowl, and there you go!

Use as little or as much as you like!

I wait until I am about to eat it to add the Chips, so they don't get soggy! I always make enough for leftovers, so this is a good way to keep it fresh and delicious!

The nutritional info. is based on 1 serving for 1 person. When I make this for my family, I use 1-2 of each of the vegetables! That makes enough for 5 of us, plus some leftover!
