Cinnamon Walnut Granola

Ingredients
5 cups rolled oats2 1/2 cups All Bran cereal1 cup walnuts, chopped1/2 cup ground flax seed1/2 cup brown sugar1/2 cup olive oil1/2 cup honey2 tsp cinnamon1 tablespoon vanilla
Directions
Mix oats, cereal, walnuts, and flax seed meal in a large bowl. In a smaller bowl, mix the oil, honey, brown sugar and cinnamon. Heat this mixture for a couple minutes in the microwave until it begins to bubble. Stir in vanilla, then add syrup mixture to dry ingredients. Mix well and spread onto two rimmed cookie sheets. Bake at 275 degrees for 15 minutes, stir, then bake another 15 minutes, or until oats are toasted. Cool completely before putting in airtight containers, and keep in refrigerator for maximum freshness.
