Chicken Breast, no skin, 32 ounces Onions, raw, 1 large Mushrooms, fresh, 10 mediumPeppers, sweet, red, fresh, 1 medium SauceKikkoman Lite Soy Sauce, 4 tbspHoney, 1 tbsp Sesame Oil, 2 tbsp Ginger Root, 1 tsp
Cube the chicken into bite sized pieces, Cut down the onion and pepper as well.
Arrange the chicken and vegetables on wooden or metal skewers. Place the skewers on the grill.
Combine all the sauce ingredients. Reserve half the sauce for the table. Brush the non-reserved half onto the skewers while grilling.
