Greek Rice Salad

Ingredients
1 cup (dry) brown rice1-2 large tomatoes, chopped6 inch pece of cucumber, chopped100g feta cheese, crumbledDried mixed herbsSalt if you like
Directions
Cook the rice as per instructions.
Let it cool a little, and combine it with the rest of the ingredients. Refrigerate.
