Hot Crab Dip

1/2 lb. fat free cream cheese, softened1.25 cup shredded 2% cheddar cheese4 oz. fat free sour cream2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce1 tsp. Dijon Mustard1/2lb. fresh backfin crab meat1/3 C. chopped green onion2 tsp. Old Bay seasoning
1. Preheat oven to 350F.
2. In medium bowl, beat the cream cheese, cheddar cheese (keep 1/4 C aside for the top), sour cream, Dijon mustard, Old Bay and Worcestershire sauce.
3. Gently stir in the crab meat and green onions.
4. Spoon mixture into a 1-quart cooking sprayed casserole dish.
5. Add remaining 1/4 cup shredded cheddar to the top and an extra sprinkle of Old Bay if desired.
6. Bake 25-35 minutes.
7. Serve with pita bread/chips or crackers.
