25 baby carrots1 green bell pepper2 cups chopped broccoli1/2 small yellow onion8 thin chicken breast1 cup iron chef's General Tso sauce and glazeSlice veggies thin and steam in microwave in glass bowl.Poach chicken in deep pan and shredcombine in metal bowladd 1 cup of Iron Chef's General Tso sauce and glaze and mix. Place in fridge until later and re heat in pan or place in pan immediately heat and serve.Makes 6 - 1 cup - servingsCan serve over brown rice
