Stacy's chicken veggies& rice

Ingredients
1 lb of chicken breast1 cup of diced tomatoes1 green pepper chopped1 can of light kidney beans1 TBS italian seasoning2 cups of water3 cups of cooked rice
Directions
put all ingredients except the rice in a pot and boil until done

serve mixture of 1 cup of rice ..
makes 3 servings ( 1 cup each) over 1 cup of rice .
