cheesy chicken and rice casserol

Ingredients
Campbell's Cream of Chicken Soup (98% fat free), 1.25 cup Water, tap, 1.33 cup (8 fl oz) White Rice, long grain, .75 cup Pepper, black, .25 tsp Mixed Vegetables, frozen, 2 package (10 oz) Chicken Breast, no skin, 4 breast, bone and skin removed Cheddar Cheese, .5 cup, shredded
Directions
stir soup, water, rice, onion powder, black pepper and vegetables in a 2 qt casserol dish.
top with chicken and season as desired and cover
bake at 375 for 50 min or until chicken and rice are done. top with cheese. let it set for 10 min.
stir rice before serving
