green bean and ham soup

Ingredients
2 pound new potatoes cubed and rinsed16 cups fresh or frozen green beans1 onion diced32 oz 95% lean ham diced ( I use prediced)12 cups water 2-3 tbsp ham bullion, I prefer "better than bullion" soup basesalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Place all in pot, make sure enough water to cover ingredients, bring to boil, simmer for one hour, until potato and beans are tender. Adjust seasoning to taste. Makes 16 1.5 cup servings so can freeze half for later use. Great with cornbread.
