Meatloaf with Saltine crackers

Ingredients
1 lb lean ground beef (93%)1 cup crushed Wheat Saltines - about 18 crackers1 egg1/2 cup skim milk1/2 ketchup2 tablespoons of Worcestershire Sauce2 tablespoons onion powder (can use onion if desired)salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Crush up the saltines in a food processor
Mix together with all the ingredients
put in either a loaf pan or a cake pan (form like a loaf)
Bake at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes or until done

    I'm guessing that's a half cup of ketchup. Unfortunately i have everything but the Worcestershire sauce. We'll see what happens without it. - 1/31/12
