Healthy Choice Low Fat Smoked Sausage, 14 oz Brown Rice, long grain,cooked 4 cup Onions, raw, 1 cup, choppedBeans, red kidney, cooked 4 cupdiced tomatoes - 28 oz, 3.5 cupTony Chachere's Creole Seasoning, 2 tsp
Cook the brown rice and red beans according to package directions.
Chop and brown sausage and onions. Add rice, beans, and tomatoes. Add Creole seasoning to taste. If you like it spicier, add more. Add less for a more mild flavor. Mix well and heat until hot. Makes 5 two cup servings.
