Avocado Sauce

Ingredients
8 oz Avocado, juice of half a lemon, 1 c. plain, low-fat yogurt, 3 large scallions broken in half, 3 Tbs garlic powder, 1 Tbs onion powder, 3 Tbs cumin and salt & pepper to taste.
Directions
Open avocados, remove pit & spoon avocado fruit into a blender. Pour juice of half a lemon on top of the avocado then place the rest of the ingredients in the blender & blend until smooth.
