Boca Taco Salad

1/2 C Boca Meatless Crumbles2 C Red leaf lettuce, or Baby Spring Mix1/2 small/med yellow Onion, sliced1-2 Roma Tomatoes, chopped1/2 C Hot House Cucumber, slicedPepper, Cumin, Chili Powder, Garlic Powder, Paprika and Oregano to taste
In a bowl combine lettuce, tomato and cucumber. Set aside.
In a medium skillet, sautee onions on Medium heat approx 2 minutes, then add frozen Boca crumbles. Add seasonings to taste, or experiment with other seasoning choices. Cook through, about 10 minutes.
Top greens and veggies with Boca crumbles and onion. Toss together with Calorie Free dressing or balsamic vinegar. Enjoy!
