1 Cup Pineapple Juice1 Large Egg (optional)3 TBSP Extra-Virgin Olive Oil0.50 Cup Honey4-6 Pineapple Slices, Crushed / Chopped to preference2.5 TSP Sea Salt1.25 Cup White Bread Flour3.25 Cup Whole Wheat Flour3 TSP Active Dry Yeast
Add ingredients in the order listed, making sure that flour sits on top of liquid and yeast doesn't come into contact with liquid or sugars until the bread maker gets to that point in it's cycle.
Make a small (half inch deep) depression in the flour for the Yeast.
Run on Whole Wheat 2LB Cycle (about 3.5 hours on my machine).
