Homemade Spanish Rice

1 can of chicken stock2 cans canned tomatoes1/2 cup each chopped red and green peppers1/4 cup chopped onion2 cups water2 cups rice
Bring to a boil chicken stock and water, and any spices you want to add, such as salt, pepper, chili powder, cayenne pepper, and red pepper flakes, then add tomatoes (not drained) and vegetables. Bring to a boil again, add rice, and then follow rice cooking instructions until done.
