craftydebi's tuna cakes

Ingredients
Stove Top stuffing mix, chicken flavor2 cans chunk white tuna in water, drained1/3 cup mayo2 T. sweet pickle relish1 cup shredded cheddar cheese1/2 cup shredded carrot3/4 cup water
Directions
Mix all ingredients. Refrigerate for 15 min. in covered bowl. Spray a non-stick fry pan (or use oil if desired). Make 9 patties, forming them with your hands. Brown on both sides and heat through. Serve with lemon and tartar sauce if desired.
