Kentucky Pecan Fudge Pie

Ingredients
1 stick butter1/4 c. unsweetened cocoa powder2 eggs, beaten1 c. sugar or splenda1/4 c. all-purpose flour1/2 tsp. vanilla extract1 c. chopped pecans1 unbaked (9 in.) piecrust
Directions
Preheat oven to 350*
Melt butter in microwave safe bowl. Stir in cocoa; mix well. Combine butter mixture and remaining filling ingredients with a whisk. Spoon or pour filling into piecrust. Bake until pie is just set in center and still retains its shape when shaken, about 25-35 minutes. (Times vary by oven) Let cool before slicing.
Makes 8 slices.
