Garlic Flatbread

Ingredients
5 tbs sugar4 oz yeast1/4 cup lukewarm water3 cups flour1 tbs salt1/2 tsp baking powder1 cup fat free milk1 tbs vinager2 tbs unsalted butter, melted1 tbs garlic powder or 1 1/2 heads roasted garlic
Directions
Combine vinager and milk. Set out for 4-6 hrs. Combine yeast, sugar, and water, let stand 5 min. Combine flour, salt, & baking powder. Combine all ingredients and mixtures, knead 5 minutes. Cover and let rise until doubled in size (1 hr). Roll into small ovals. Brown each size on a hot skillet.
