One Pot Mexican Rice dish

Ingredients
1 1/4 lb 96% lean ground beef1 1/2 C black beans1 C frozen corn1 C chunky salsa1 can fire roasted tomatoes1 C Fast and Natural Brown Rice3/4 C Low Sodium 99% FF chick brothcumin and chili powder to taste
Directions
Makes 7 1/2 servings
1 C= 1 serving

Brown ground beef, in a stock pot, drain all fat. Add all other ingredients and bring to a boil. Put lid on pot and cook until rice is done and most/all liquid has been absorbed. About 10 mintues.

Serve with a little shredded cheese and light sour cream
