Anti-Vegetarian Veggified Chili

Ingredients
1 can pinto beans, drained1 can kidney beans, drained & rinsed1 can diced tomatoes1/2 can V8 Juice3 cherry tomatoes1 medium carrot8-12 young spinach leaves2 Tbs. chili powder6 oz. ribeye steak, fat removed, diced and braised
Directions
In blender, combine V8, can tomatoes, carrot, spinach, tomatoes and blend until you no longer realize you have spinch in there! Place juice in a crock pot. Add beans, browned meat and seasoning. Cook on high for 4-5 hours. Makes roughly 6 1-cup servings.
