detox lettuce soup

Ingredients
Vegetable Broth, 3 cup Iceberg Lettuce (salad), 0.5 head, medium (6" dia) Onions, raw, 0.25 cup, chopped Olive Oil, 1 1tsp
Directions
Heat large skillet with olive oit. cook onion until soft, add lettuce, stir. add stock and lots of fresh ground black pepper. simmer for 20 minutes.
