3 md Bananas; mashed1/3 c Oil (any kind ~ I used coconut oil)1 ts Vanilla1tsp Cinnamon (optional)1/4 Cup Sugar (optional)2 c Oats, rolled old-fashioned, uncooked1 1/4 c Nuts (any kind); chopped1/4 c Raisins
Combine mashed bananas, oil, cinnamon, sugar, & vanilla. Stir in oats, nuts and raisins. Drop by tablespoons onto greased cookie sheet. Press down lightly with fork. Preheat oven to 350 F. Bake 12-15 (or more) minutes until golden brown.
